We are pleased to share that we participated in the 2025 Taiwan International Real Estate Expo (TIEE), held from June 12 to 15 at the Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center, Hall 1. As one of the largest and most anticipated property events in Asia, the exhibition attracted over 50,000 visitors from more than 20 countries, creating a vibrant hub for real estate professionals, developers, and global investors.

At our booth, we showcased a curated portfolio of real estate opportunities in Japan, ranging from high-yield urban apartments in Tokyo and Osaka to lifestyle-oriented properties in scenic, regional cities such as Fukuoka and Kyoto. We engaged directly with visitors, many of whom expressed strong interest in Japan’s stable real estate market, its legal transparency, and its reputation as a safe and high-quality living environment.

Throughout the exhibition, our team conducted over 200 one-on-one consultations, providing detailed guidance on the process of purchasing property in Japan. These sessions covered essential topics such as ownership rights for foreigners, financing options, long-term investment returns, and relocation support. Many attendees were surprised to learn how straightforward it can be to own property in Japan, even without permanent residency and how demand for rental properties remains consistently strong, particularly in major metropolitan areas.

The Taiwan Expo also gave us the opportunity to connect with a wide range of international buyers, including individuals from Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, the United States, and several European countries. We found a growing interest among these visitors for both investment assets and second homes in Japan, especially in locations that offer a balance of nature, culture, and accessibility. In particular, areas along the Tokyo-Osaka corridor attracted attention for their strong economic fundamentals and growth potential.

Our participation in the Summer 2025 edition of TIEE marks an important step in our efforts to expand internationally and support more clients in discovering real estate opportunities in Japan. The overwhelmingly positive feedback and valuable conversations we had at the event reaffirmed our belief that Japan remains one of the most promising destinations for global real estate investment.
