SORA Co., Ltd., the operator of realestatejapan.jp, has signed a non-exclusive Marketing Partner Agreement with Hotel101 Global Pte. Ltd. of Singapore and has become a channel partner for Hotel101 – Niseko, a hotel under construction in the Hirafu area of Niseko, Hokkaido. Hotel101 – Niseko will be listed on realestatejapan.jp.

According to Hotel101 Global, Hotel101 – Niseko is a 6-storey hotel with 482 rooms, expected to open in December 2026. Each room, called a HappyRoom, is 21 sqm, fully furnished and professionally managed by Hotel101. Each owner holds freehold condominium title to their unit. Owners receive 10 complimentary nights per year at participating Hotel101 properties, subject to terms and conditions.

The agreement was signed in October 2026, following a visit by the Hotel101 Global team to SORA's office in Osaka on 30 September 2026. As a marketing partner, SORA will introduce Hotel101 – Niseko to international buyers through realestatejapan.jp and answer their enquiries in English.
